I have a new blog where I'll be posting random shit, but I think I'll just stick with this. I'll just have to catch up with the 20+ friends who I had on my old account.<br /><br />Anyway, here is a recap on what has happened since I deleted my old LJ in 2007.<br /><ul><li>My parents are getting a divorce</li><li>I can't afford college</li><li>We're moving</li><li>My family is poor</li><li>College loans won't help me get into college</li><li>Can't find a job. Put out <strong>20 job apps, NO ONE called back, and when I called, they weren't interested.</strong></li><li>I was stuck with dial-up for five months.</li><li>I saved Christmas money to buy Resident Evil 5 to keep me busy</li><li>Turned 20</li><li>Still can't afford car, which would be helpful to, you know, find a job</li><li>My bird died. :(</li><li>My homes heating went out for one week...during a blizzard. Social services saved us.</li><li>My guitar broke, need to fix it.</li></ul>This is what I have been reduced to. <br /><br />Thank you for reading all this good news!<br /><br />Anyway, some music updates. Silversun Pickups, a band I discovered about two years ago is making a new album called <em>Swoon</em>. The first single off the album, Panic Switch, came out this week. I like it. I downloaded Cursive's new album, <em>Mama, I'm Swollen </em>today, and it's not as good as <em>Happy Hollow, </em>which I thought was a masterpiece. <em>Mama</em> isn't bad, still some good songs on it. Just a bit disappointed. Oh, and don't get me started on the new Eagles of Death Metal.<br /><br />time to go now, must defeat DRAGONS!!!!<br /><br />
