I decided to get a journal to bitch about my life. I have a new blog where I'll be posting random shit, but I think I'll just stick with this. I'll just have to catch up with the 20+ friends who I had on my old account.
Anyway, here is a recap on what has happened since I deleted my old LJ in 2007.
- My parents are getting a divorce
- I can't afford college
- We're moving
- My family is poor
- College loans won't help me get into college
- Can't find a job. Put out 20 job apps, NO ONE called back, and when I called, they weren't interested.
- I was stuck with dial-up for five months.
- I saved Christmas money to buy Resident Evil 5 to keep me busy
- Turned 20
- Still can't afford car, which would be helpful to, you know, find a job
- My bird died. :(
- My homes heating went out for one week...during a blizzard. Social services saved us.
- My guitar broke, need to fix it.
This is what I have been reduced to.

Anyway, some music updates. Silversun Pickups, a band I discovered about two years ago is making a new album called Swoon. The first single off the album, Panic Switch, came out this week. I like it. I downloaded Cursive's new album, Mama, I'm Swollen today, and it's not as good as Happy Hollow, which I thought was a masterpiece. Mama isn't bad, still some good songs on it. Just a bit disappointed. Oh, and don't get me started on the new Eagles of Death Metal.
time to go now, must defeat DRAGONS!!!!
